I am so excited to roll out ‘Love Your Clothes, Love Yourself’s new website logo. If you haven’t noticed already, check it out at the top of your page (sooo pretty right?)!
I have been working with one of my sister’s amazingly talented friends, who I consider a kindred spirit (in a omg-you-are-so-cool-even-though-we’ve-never-met-can-we-be-friends-in-a-totally-non-creepy way). Caroline, from Caroline Kelso Design, is not only super talented, but also crazy-nice and completely inspiring. I have been an avid blog follower of hers since my sister first sent me her link. You only need to read one of her daily blog posts to start feeling inspired about following your passion, getting out your doodle pad, and/or re-designing your kitchen (I want a chalkboard wall so badly). She embodies what it means to take chances and make sometimes-scary choices in order to create a life you love. Caroline recently has started her own hand-lettering and design business. After a back and forth of a few emails she came up with the gorgeousness that you see above.
Thank you so much Caroline! I couldn’t love it more!!
As for the outfit, over-the-knee boots have been on my radar for a few years and nothing beats the chilly mornings better (they feel like really thick leather pants). Although I did not wear this to work, I kept this ‘fit out of ‘Pretty Woman’ territory by pairing it with a structured bag and lady-like sheath dress.
How do YOU feel about the super-high boot trend?
